Irish Picture Company use Royal Mail and Royal Mail ParcelForce for all our deliveries worldwide.
The actual postage delivery times may vary depending on the destination country but delivery can be
expected to be approximately 3 - 9 working days from the date of receipt of your order. We always strive to despatch
all goods as quickly and efficiently as possible upon receipt of any customers order.

PAYMENT
Irish Picture Company uses PayPal Inc (an eBay company) to accept payment by any major credit or debit card. All credit card details are encrypted and processed by PayPal in real time using their SSL server. PayPal is the global leader in online payment solutions with 40 million account members worldwide. When purchasing you are clearly shown the total price that will be debited to your PayPal account.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt of your order provided they are in a new condition and in
their original packaging. All returns must be adequately packaged to ensure they are not damaged in transit, otherwise we will be unable to refund any monies. Returns should be accompanied with a note detailing
your name, address, telephone number, e-mail and reason for the return. We can either send you a
replacement product or we can refund the full price of any item returned provided it meets the above
conditions but regret that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is due to our error.
However, we are committed to providing a high standard, friendly service and will always strive to successfully
rectify any customer's query to their complete satisfaction.
